Upon completion, your technician will call and let you know your job is ready. If you wish, we can even give you a demonstration of all work done with one of our informed technicians. If we are unsuccessful in resolving your inquiry in a fast and easy manner we won’t give up there. You can bring your system in, have our onsite technician come out or if required, we can direct you to the best support phone number for the manufacturer. Eg: Samsung, Trend Micro, Canon. Warranty Info for each type:Computer warranties are return to base. When we receive them, they are booked in to our service department. We pride ourselves on having one of Australia’s fastest warranty turnaround. Which is three to seven working days before work commences. Please note that we need to replicate the problem you have been experiencing, so with your help we can have your computer back in your hands as soon as possible. Three Year Limited Warranty- Hardware is covered by the respective parts manufacturers warranty. Meaning some parts are covered by three, two and one year warranties respectively. All faulty parts are sent away to the manufacturer. When we receive them back they are installed in your computer on the same day. Three Year Limited Advance Replacement Warranty- Same as the “Three Year Limited Warranty” except some parts are swapped out of our, or the manufacturers stock when possible. Three Year Advanced Replacement Warranty- All parts in the computer are advanced replaced. Some parts are swapped out of our stock and some parts are swapped out of the manufacturers stock without further testing from them (e.g. Intel). Please note that in the rare case that Computer Function or the Manufacturer does not have the stock there may be some delays. In the event that there is uncertainty about the cause of damage eg: surge damage or physical damage, some parts may need to be sent back to the manufacturer for further testing. If they are then found to be covered by warranty we will advance replace when possible out of our stock. Note: Warranty terms and conditions can change at any time without notice (e.g. Intel change their three year advance replacement warranty to two or five years).
