We are a family owned company that was incorporated in 2003. We are now one of Queensland’s largest system integrators. We have achieved this due to our ability to change and adapt to our customers’ needs. This has not been an easy process for us but we are truly grateful to those customers who have pointed out where we could improved. With this valuable information we have been quick to change and integrate new processes immediately. In 2007 we joined Leading Edge Computers, Australia’s largest independent buying group. They currently have 140 stores across the country and growing. As the Manager and Director of Computer Function I choose to join Leading Edge Computers to learn from the vast wealth of knowledge the other members in the group have to offer. I also understand that in the IT industry our customers need the security of knowing they were purchasing from one of Australia’s largest computer retailers. We believe in full transparency throughout the pre and post sales process. We ensure that when you come into our showroom you are sitting on the same side of the desk as your salesperson. This allows both parties to clearly see your quote being developed on the screen and ensures you know exactly what is happening.
